Island Perks is a loyalty and rewards platform operated by MinerOp LLC (“MinerOp,” “we,” “us”). By joining a rewards program or using the Island Perks app, you agree to these terms.

The service

Island Perks lets local businesses run rewards programs. Points, member pricing, paid memberships, and corporate accounts are offered by the business whose program you joined. The rewards and prices are set by that business, and they may change them.

Membership and billing

Some businesses offer a paid membership. If you buy one, the price, term, and benefits are shown before you pay. Paid memberships renew or expire as described at checkout. Charges are handled by our payment provider, and we do not store your full card number.

Text message program

When you enter your mobile phone number to sign in, you agree to receive one-time login codes and account messages by text.

• Message frequency depends on how often you sign in.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your phone number is described in our Privacy Policy. We never share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Using the service

Use Island Perks only for its intended purpose. Do not misuse the service, try to break its security, or use it in a way that harms others or breaks the law. Each account is for one person, and rewards have no cash value unless stated otherwise by the business.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running smoothly, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, MinerOp is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
